Peer Groups

Peer groups are safe spaces for people to have conversations about what it's like to live with their illnesses. They are led and attended by people who live with a certain mental illness, encouraging open discussions and allowing for students living with the same illness to support each other and share tips on what they've found helps with their disorder.

We are not currently running peer groups.

Structure

Peer group sessions are held every other week and are 1 hour long. At each session, there is a discussion time around a topic related to the mental illness of the group as well as some time for the members to take part in fun and engaging activities together.
